Nestled amidst lush gardens and historic villas, Ravello provides a serene oasis where you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
But the journey doesn’t conclude there. As you continue to the cerulean blue waters of the renowned island of Capri, you’ll embark on a quest to unlock the secrets of local cuisine. Guided by passionate chefs deeply rooted in their culinary heritage, you’ll create culinary masterpieces inspired by the island’s rich traditions. Throughout this region, cobblestone streets will welcome you with the intoxicating scent of blooming bougainvillea and melodious chirping. Note: We recommend leaving the US on September 12 so that your flight arrives by 12 pm on September 13 – early enough to participate in Day 1’s activities. Should you wish to arrive on September 12 instead, pre-trip hotel charges will be added to your final bill.

ITINERARY
Day 1 – September 13 – Following your arrival to Naples International Airport (NAP), you will be welcomed by private transportation that will take you to your Naples accommodation. After settling into your room, your anticipation will bubble ahead of welcome drinks and dinner. This evening you will meet your fellow travelers, a diverse and lively group bonded together by the promise of adventure and Neapolitan culinary delight.
Note: We recommend your flight from the US arrives before 12 pm on September 13th to allow adequate time to join the day’s activities.
Day 2 – September 14 – The next morning, you will awake to the Italian sky before your departure to the coastal town of Revello, a quaint town known for its stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and rich history. Nestled against the cliffs like a painter’s masterpiece, the town welcomes you with an explosion of colors. Houses in pastel shades cascade down the rugged hills, each vying for a spot in the dazzling seascape below. Check into your Ravello accommodation and spend your afternoon enchanted by the cerulean sea. In the evening you will be delighted by the Mediterranean’s panoramic view as you cheer for the week that awaits.
Day 3 – September 15 – Today, your culinary tour begins! Venture to the alluring island of Capri by ferry for a unique gastronomic adventure. The island of Capri lies in Italy’s Bay of Naples and is famous for its rugged landscape, limoncello, handmade leather sandals, and natural wonders like the Blue Grotto. After disembarking your ferry you will be transported into a charming kitchen where under the expert guidance of a local chef you learn the secrets of traditional Italian dishes. The pleasure of your culinary triumph awaits as you savor a leisurely lunch on the island. Departing Capri will provide you with an additional perspective of the cliffs along the Southern Italian Coast before returning to Revello.
Day 4 – September 16 – FREE DAY. Today brings a pause, a chance to reflect on the whirlwind of colors and flavors you’ve experienced thus far. The Amalfi Coast offers countless possibilities for relaxation or further exploration. Whether you choose to bask in the warm sun on the Castiglione beach, lose yourself in a novel while sipping limoncello, or venture into nearby villages to uncover hidden treasures, the day is yours to embrace.
Day 5 – September 17 – With a renewed spirit, you will explore more of what the cliffside town of Ravello has to offer. Just a short drive away you will traverse the breathtaking blend of sea and skyscapes before arriving at your local Ravello cooking class. This class will unveil the rustic beauty of the local flavors of Ravello. A hands-on approach to Amalfian cuisine is the best way to experience and understand the culture. With full hearts and stomachs return to your beautiful accommodation and relax beneath the Italian sun.
Day 6 – September 18 – From lemon delights to limoncello, the Amalfi Coast is synonymous with lemons. Throughout the heart of Amalfi, you can waft the fragrant perfume flowing from the lemon groves where the golden fruits hang like treasures, offering their zesty essence to the world. Just a short drive away from your Revello oasis is your next cooking course where the lemon will be in full focus. Skilled chefs will teach you the art of harmonizing these citrus gems into delectable dishes, creating a symphony of flavors that dance on your taste buds.
Day 7 – September 19 – The final full day of your adventure is reserved for an unforgettable boat tour along the Amalfi Coast. As you glide across the shimmering waters, the coastline unfolds before you like a grand masterpiece, the cliffs and beaches complemented by the azure sea and skies. Day 8 – September 20 – As you bid farewell to the captivating Amalfi Coast, you return to Naples International Airport (NAP) for your return flight to the US.

Traveler must make a NONREFUNDABLE deposit payment of $400 at time of registration to secure her spot.

Monthly minimum payment of $400 is required on the 1st of every month until paid in full to keep your reservations current.
