February 6-12, 2023
Visiting the land of fire and ice in the winter allows you to witness Iceland’s stunning landscapes in a magical light. Phenomena such as ice caves, frozen waterfalls, and the Northern Lights are only accessible during this remarkable season!
Join WTA as we start our Icelandic adventures in Reykjavík – a colorful metropolis known for its lively culture. After a visit to Sky Lagoon and a tour around the capital, our group will experience a week full of winter wonderland adventures along the South Coast with one of Iceland’s premier guides. This once-in-a-lifetime tour is one that you are not going to want to miss!
Note: Iceland is not for the faint of heart. While all activities are optional, participation requires hiking in challenging winter terrain (snow + ice), and regular exposure to the winter elements. Proper attire and preparation is required.
We recommend leaving the US on February 5 so that your flight arrives the morning of February 6 – early enough to join your group for the Welcome Dinner on Day 1. Should you wish to arrive on February 5 instead, pre-trip hotel charges will be added to your final bill.
