Travel the King’s Highway, an ancient route that still has marks left from traders, armies and pilgrims who crossed it centuries ago, which was once part of the ancient Silk Road. We will visit Mt. Nebo, believed to be the place where Moses climbed from the Valley of Moab, and from where God showed him the Promised Land.
Moving on to explore Petra, aptly described as the “rose-red city, half as old as time”. The ancient city was founded by the Nabateans 2000 years ago. Its massive architectural structure and its multicolored stones are an incredible attraction and on to Petra’s most famous monument, the Treasury.
Our trip includes the enchanting desert of Wadi Rum, Jordan’s largest desert. The Dead Sea and Amman. Petra is one of our founder’s bucket list travel destinations and she is excited to include 4 lucky women to join her on this crusade.

TRAVEL DAY APRIL 13 ARRIVE APRIL 14
DAY 1 – Arrive at Queen Alia International Airport, and transport (provided) to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on the surface of the earth, for a swim in its warm, salty waters. Free time at leisure at the Dead Sea resort.
DAY 2 – FREE DAY of leisure to explore the Dead Sea. The mud along the shore contains many minerals and is believed to have medicinal and therapeutic benefits. Overnight at hotel
DAY 3 – Travel the King’s Highway, an ancient route that still has marks left from traders, armies and pilgrims who crossed it centuries ago to Mt. Nebo, which is considered to be one of the most important holy sites in Jordan, as it is believed to be the place where Moses climbed from the Valley of Moab. Proceed via Wadi Al Mujib, a gorge proudly known as “The Grand Canyon” of Jordan.
DAY 4 – We will start our journey to explore Petra, aptly described as the “Rose-Red city, half as old as time”.
DAY 5 – We will travel to Beida, known as Little Petra and the place where the Nabateans used to entertain their guests.
DAY 6 – We will begin the City Tour, where we will visit Jebel al-Qala’a (the Citadel), with its remains of the Roman Temple of Hercules, Umayyad Palace, and excellent views over downtown. Free time for walking/shopping in bustling markets of the downtown area, locally known as al-Balad.
DAY 7 – We will visit the town of Jerash known as the most pristine Decapolis City (meaning ten cities in Greek) in the modern world, Jerash’s prosperity can be admired in the colonnaded main street and lovely Oval Piazza.
DAY 8 – Depart back to US from Queen Alia International Airport for departure.

Monthly minimum payment of $400 is required on the 1st of every month until paid in full to keep your reservations current.

Penalty of $250 will be assessed on any balance due after the January 13, 2023 final payment deadline.
