Daily Itinerary
Day 1 – Athens Welcome
Arrive to Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos (ATH) where you’re driver will meet you and take you to the hotel. Settle into your boutique hotel in the historic center before a welcome dinner featuring traditional mezze as you connect with fellow travelers. The ancient city comes alive at night as the Acropolis glows on the hillside above, creating a magical backdrop for your first evening in Greece.
Day 2 – Ancient Wonders
Visit the iconic Acropolis with an expert guide who reveals the rich history of this ancient citadel. Explore the stunning Acropolis Museum with its glass floors revealing excavations below and marvel at how the ancient marble structures have withstood thousands of years of history. In the afternoon, enjoy free time to explore Athens at your own pace.
Day 3 – Island Dreams
Fly to Santorini (just a 45-minute flight) where dramatic cliffs and whitewashed villages await. Settle into your cliffside accommodation with breathtaking caldera views. Stroll through the narrow streets of Fira at your own pace, discovering local artisan shops. The contrast of brilliant white buildings against the deep blue sea creates a photographer’s paradise, with every turn offering another postcard-worthy scene.
Day 4 – Island Exploration
Take a guided tour of Santorini’s highlights, visiting the ancient site of Akrotiri where a Minoan city was preserved by volcanic ash centuries ago. Continue to the dramatic Red Beach with its towering crimson cliffs and the picturesque village of Oia with its iconic blue-domed churches. Stop at a traditional pottery workshop to see local artisans creating pieces using techniques passed down through generations. Feel the fascinating connection between the volcanic landscape and the distinctive culture that has developed on this unique island.
Day 5 – Free Day in Santorini
A full free day to experience Santorini your way. You can lounge by a pool, head to a secluded beach, or even take a ferry to another island like Amorgos or Anafi.
Day 6 – Free Day & Cooking Class
Enjoy another free morning & afternoon to explore, shop, or just lounge by the pool. This evening gather for a special Greek Cooking Class. Run a by Greek couple, Paula & George, you’ll learn how to cook Santorini specialities like Tomatokeftedes (tomato fritters) and Fava Santorinis. Greece is famous for it’s delicious food and there is no better way to dive into the culture than through a cooking class.
Day 7 – Caldera Cruise
Savor a leisurely morning to soak up the sun. This afternoon, set sail on a catamaran cruise around Santorini’s volcanic caldera. Swim in hot springs, snorkel in crystal waters, and savor a Greek BBQ prepared onboard. Watch the famous Santorini sunset from the perfect vantage point on the water – a truly magical experience. The volcanic islands in the center of the caldera tell the story of one of the largest eruptions in human history, which some believe may have inspired the legend of Atlantis.
Day 8 – Farewell Greece
Enjoy a final morning soaking in Santorini’s beauty before your flight back to Athens. As you say “antío” to Greece, you’ll carry with you not just photographs but a deeper understanding of this ancient land where myths, history, and breathtaking beauty create an unforgettable tapestry of experiences.
*Note: departure flights should be scheduled from Santorini International Airport (JTR). You are responsible for your own return flight from Santorini to Athens or another European city of your choosing.

A 50% refund can be requested prior to 6 months before the trip start date found in your invoice.
No refunds for cancellations within 6 months of the trip date found in your invoice.
A $250 penalty will be charged for any outstanding balance after the final payment date found in your invoice.
