Then head toward the coast for lunch and a wine tasting at a Colares winery, home to one of Europe’s rarest wine traditions, where centuries-old vines grow in sand dunes just steps from the Atlantic. Afterward, stand at Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of continental Europe, where dramatic cliffs meet the ocean, before returning to Lisbon.
