Itinerary Snapshot

Day 1 – August 4

Arrive at Quebec City Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB) where private transportation will whisk you to your boutique hotel nestled within the historic walls of Old Quebec. After settling into your charming accommodations, take time to wander the enchanting streets at your own pace. This evening, gather for a welcome dinner at the iconic Chateau Frontenac with sunset views out over the St Lawrence river. 

Overnight: Hotel Manoir Victoria or Equivalent

Day 2 – August 5

Begin your day with a guided walking tour of Old Quebec’s most treasured sites. Stroll past the iconic Château Frontenac, along the Dufferin Terrace with its sweeping views of the St. Lawrence River, and through the narrow, flower-lined streets of the Petit Champlain district. Visit the Citadelle, an active military installation and National Historic Site offering panoramic city views. After your morning exploration, enjoy lunch at a local bistro before continuing to the Grand Marché de Québec, where vendors showcase regional products from fresh produce to artisan cheeses and baked goods.

Day 3 – August 6

Venture beyond the city walls this morning to Île d’Orléans, a pastoral island that feels frozen in time. Meet local producers at family-run vineyards for wine tastings, learning about the unique terroir of this fertile island while sampling award-winning whites and ice wines. Continue to a working farm where you’ll discover traditional agricultural practices and taste seasonal specialties. Before returning to Quebec City, visit a renowned chocolatier or sweet shop to indulge in handcrafted confections and learn the art behind Quebec’s finest treats.

Day 4 – August 7

This day is entirely yours to explore Quebec City at your own pace. Sleep in and enjoy a leisurely breakfast, take an optional excursion to Montmorency Falls and go ziplining, or browse the artisan boutiques and galleries of Petit Champlain, or simply find a café terrace and watch the world go by. This evening, gather for a farewell dinner celebrating the memories and friendships forged during your French-Canadian adventure.

Day 5 – August 8

After breakfast, private transportation will take you to Quebec City Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB) for your departure flight. Leave with a heart full of joie de vivre and a deeper appreciation for Quebec’s unique cultural treasures.

Stay in your own private room at comfortable 3-4 star neighborhood hotels, connect with your group during curated experiences, and enjoy the flexibility to discover destinations on your own terms.

Moderate – Regular physical activity, including walking tours of 2-3 miles, moderate inclines, or occasional longer periods of standing. Ideal for travelers with a moderate level of fitness who enjoy staying active without intense exertion.
Age requirement: 18+
Our trips are open to all adult women. Our average traveler age is 55, but we’ve welcomed travelers as young as 20 and as old as 81. Age shouldn’t be a limiting factor to you exploring the world!

Additional Information

Traveler must make a NONREFUNDABLE deposit payment of $400 at time of registration to secure her spot.

Monthly minimum payment of $400 is required on the first of every month until paid in full to keep your reservations current.

Final payment must be made 90 days before the trip date.

A 50% refund can be requested prior to 6 months before the trip start date found in your invoice.

No refunds for cancellations within 6 months of the trip date found in your invoice.

A $250 penalty will be charged for any outstanding balance after the final payment date found in your invoice.
