Day 1 – Arrival
Touch down in the City of Light and settle into your elegant Parisian hotel. This evening, gather with your fellow travelers for a welcome dinner at a classic French bistro, toasting to the adventure ahead.

Day 2 – Montmartre & Costume Fittings
Begin your morning with a guided walking tour through the charming cobblestone streets of Montmartre, exploring its artistic heritage, picturesque cafes, and the stunning Sacré-Cœur Basilica. This afternoon, experience the excitement of your private costume fitting, where expert stylists will help you select your perfect 18th-century ensemble for the ball.

Day 3 – Free Day in Paris
Today is yours to explore Paris at your own pace. Stroll along the Champs-Élysées, discover hidden boutiques in Le Marais, visit a museum, or simply relax at a sidewalk café and watch the world go by. Your trip leader will have plenty of recommendations for optional activities.
Overnight: Hidden Hotel Paris or Equivalent
Day 4 – Louvre & Transfer to Versailles
This morning, discover the world’s most famous art museum with reserved access to the Louvre. Marvel at masterpieces including the Mona Lisa, Venus de Milo, and countless other treasures. After lunch, transfer to Versailles and check into your hotel, just steps from the palace gates.
Overnight: Hotel Le Versailles or Equivalent
Day 5 – The Grand Ball
Prepare for your magical evening with professional hair styling and makeup application in period-appropriate styles. Enjoy an early dinner before heading to the palace grounds at sunset. From 8-11pm, explore the stunning gardens with your group, capture professional photographs in your magnificent costumes, and experience the breathtaking Grandes Eaux Nocturnes fountain and light show. At 11:30pm, the ballroom doors open and you’ll enter the glittering Hall of Mirrors. Dance, mingle, and celebrate until the early morning hours in this once-in-a-lifetime setting.
Overnight: Hotel Le Versailles or Equivalent
Day 6 – Return to Paris & Seine Cruise
Sleep in and enjoy a leisurely brunch after your late night. This afternoon, transfer back to Paris with time to rest before this evening’s finale. Board an elegant Bateau Mouche for a dinner cruise along the Seine, gliding past illuminated landmarks while sharing stories and memories from your incredible week.

Day 7 – Departure
After breakfast, private transportation will take you to Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) for your flight home, carrying memories of a truly extraordinary adventure.
*Please note that this is a tentative itinerary and the exact dates are subject to change. We will finalize the trip dates in December 2026 when the 2027 Ball is announced. Please ensure you have flexibility in your schedule the last two weeks of June should the dates change.

Traveler must make a NONREFUNDABLE deposit payment of $400 at time of registration to secure her spot.
Monthly minimum payment of $400 is required on the first of every month until paid in full to keep your reservations current.
Final payment must be made 90 days before the trip date.
A 50% refund can be requested prior to 6 months before the trip start date found in your invoice.
No refunds for cancellations within 6 months of the trip date found in your invoice.
A $250 penalty will be charged for any outstanding balance after the final payment date found in your invoice.
