TERMS AND REFUND POLICY: Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of WTA’s Terms and Conditions. Traveler must make a NONREFUNDABLE deposit payment of $400 at time of registration to secure her spot. Registration to be completed using your FULL NAME as it appears on your PASSPORT. Monthly minimum payment of $400 is required on the 1st, of every month until paid in full to keep your reservations current. A late fee of $50 will be assessed monthly for payments made after the 5th of each month. Trip balance must be PAID IN FULL by February 22, 2021. Penalty of $250 will be assessed on any balance due after the February 22, 2021 final payment deadline. Cancel by February 22, 2021 for a 50% refund (not to include your nonrefundable deposit). NO REFUNDS after February 22, 2021.You can view your updated invoice 24 hours a day via PayPal. Trip includes: All transportation from Airport to hotel. Note itinerary and schedule subject to change based on availability. WTA reserves the right to change itinerary and schedule based on weather, country happenings, and tour guides. on All stated tours are included in the package price. By way of background, in recent years, there have been an onslaught of global illnesses that have had some level of contagion that have affected travel. In recent months especially, the prevalence of COVID-19 (commonly referred to as the “coronavirus”) has had in impact on the travel industry including flight cancellations, trip cancellations, and more. This policy shall be applicable to any trip that is cancelled for any reason, either relating to a Global Event, or for any other reason.
Attendees are responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance to cover the trip. Women Travel Abroad recommends that attendees acquire “cancel for any reason” insurance as stipulated in the WTA Travel Policy agreement listed in the registration you are currently signing.
